Our Devon Holiday Cottage in Sticklepath

The lounge of our holiday cottage.

Ideal self catering accommodation, suitable for families with plenty of space, close to the local facilities and immaculately presented.

The holiday cottage has recently been converted and renovated to very high standard from what was once, many years ago, the local bakery.

It has bags of character with exposed oak beams in the lounge, galleried ceilings with oak beams and roof light windows in the bedrooms, oak floors, stable style external doors, modern appliances and central heating with radiators in all the rooms.

The accommodations kitchen.

The lounge in the holiday cottage is large and comfortable with two sofas, extra chairs, a television and video player. Exposed oak beams and oak flooring give the room a traditional Devon holiday cottage feel.

A lovely spacious fitted kitchen, with cooker and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and large dining table. On arrival the kitchen will be stocked with bread, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a complimentary bottle of wine.

There is also a convenient downstairs bathroom which has toilet, shower, and hand basin.

Moving to the upstairs of the accommodation we have a charismatic stair case and gallery landing which leads to the two bedrooms.

The smaller bedroom has a double bed, delightful galleried ceiling with oak beams, a small roof light window. Some storage is provided along with a clothes hanging area.

The larger bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. It also has a galleried ceiling and roof light window. This room has an on-suite bathroom with toilet, hand basin, bath and shower.

All bed linen is provided and will be clean on your arrival.

There is parking available either directly outside the holiday cottage or in the pub's car park which is situated directly behind the cottage.

The village shop is conveniently located right next door where you can purchase your morning paper or a quick snack. There is a communal childrens play area close by and the village of Sticklepath also offers many other attractions.

The pub and restaurant is also very close by, the cottage backs on to the beer garden and an alley way leads to the bar and restaurant.
