Finch Foundry. A 19th century water powered foundry, which is still in working order and has regular demonstrations.

Moor Walking. Dartmoor is literally on your doorstep. Not only does the Tarka Trail run through Sticklepath but you have many other picturesque areas to explore.

Cycling. Parts of the tarka trail are also suitable for cycling.

Fishing. There several near-by reservoirs including Fernworthy at Chagford and Spiers Lake at North Tawton.

Pony Trekking. There are several pony trekking and riding stables in the area.
